Good go on west-coast style ultra-hopped IPA and is very drinkable...but it doesn't quite hit the mark for me. I think it's the strong malt that I find a bit distracting, but others of course may find this characteristic appealing. Would I drink it every day? Pronably if it was the only hop-tastic beer I could get my hands on, but alas there's lots of options, even here in NoVA. Thanks for the effort Victory!

Poured from a bottle into a standard pint glass.

Appearance: Pours a clear amber with a finger of off white head that fades to a ring around the edge of the glass.

Smell: Sweet malt with a strong citrus peel hop bitterness. I'm getting some apricot notes here as well.

Taste: The amount of malt backing up the hops is just perfect. Apricot notes with some caramel. Big fan.

Mouthfeel: Medium body with fluffy carbonation and a slick finish.

Overall: The malt and hop levels are perfect. So well balanced. I'd definitely have another.

A: Pours dark copper with a finger of head and nice lacing left behind.

S: More bready and biscuit notes than hops. DO get some floral hops.

T: Mild hops, (just had hop slam so everything is mild in comparision). More of brown ale malt taste I am getting than and IPA hoppiness.

M: Medium bodied, well balanced but missing the classic IPA bitterness.

O: Disappointed, personally was looking for more hops, a great blend and good beer, I would classify as a mild IPA.
