Poured from a 12oz standard pressure-cap bottle into a shaker pint glass. No best-by date. Reviewed live.

A- Half a finger white head. Surprisingly thin, actually. Long retention for what is there. Amber-honey color with high clarity. Sudsy lacing up the sides. Decent looking brew. Wish the head was nicer though.

S- Slightly funky citrusy and pine. Some sweet malts, but mostly the aromatic and earthy hop character. Honey, grapefruit, pine.

T- Spicy and earthy hops with a caramel malt backbone. Strong citrus and hop acid. IBUs must be relatively high on this badboy. Good flavor, not a smack in the face while still being bitter.

M- Medium bodied, sticky and dry. Great feel.

O- Honestly let down a little. Not bad, above average for an IPA, but not as good as the score might lead me to believe.

A: a deep copper colored ale

S: caramel and pine, a tiny bit of chocolate

T: lots of upfront bitterness that lasts throughout the sip,

M: the caramel is very big in this beer, but not a whole lot else going on

O not bad, I venture to say my beer wasn't as fresh as one would desire. Lots of hop oils left on the back of the tongue. Probably will not buy again. I taste lots of centennial bbut not much else. I've had and made better.

Poured from bottle into a snifter.

Appearance - oh man what a delicious looking beverage to consume on this glorious St. Patty's Day! A beautiful red-orange color with a two finger white head that is lasting quite awhile.

Smell - citrusy! Seriously smells like I'm smelling a fresh cut grapefruit or orange. These hops are crushing my nostrils and I'm loving it.

Taste - a great hoppy, flavorful beer. What a nice ale.

Mouthfeel - bien!

Overall - one of Victory's best offerings. I truly enjoy this beer and would recommend to hop lovers everywhere.

Beer dude # 2 reports the beer dudes enjoyed the rich hoppy aroma along with the reddish yet clear appearance. The beer dudes like the just right hoppiness with the lasting after taste. The beer dudes recommend this beer as a good staple to have in the fridge for an ipa.

A - pours a clear, light orange with a medium head. Low bubbles. Some lace.

S - mild for an IPA, citrus, pine and floral. Soft malt. A little soapy.

T - same as the aroma. Grapefruit is prominent. Not intense or special, but it does it have a nice flavor. This is a soft IPA. Drinks like a hoppy pale ale.

M - light-medium body with moderate carbonation. Low-medium bitterness for an IPA. Mild malty sweetness.

O - not a super hoppy IPA. Conservative, easy to drink and well made. Would drink again, but I wouldn't rave about it.
