Lighter yellow in colour. Tall, spritzy head.
The nose begins with Belgian yeasts and mild funk alongside crisp wheat. As you draw in the scent, the yeast becomes more complex with notes of sweet banana and a little clove.
The taste has a nice blending of this beer's characteristics throughout. The toasty wheat malt is dominant, complimented with a slight citrusy bitterness from the hops and notes of banana, clove, and must from the yeast. Starts a little more crisp and bitter, and finishes with warming balance of malt and yeast flavours that are on the slightly sweet but savory side.
The mouthfeel is light and toward the heavier side. A little spritzy but smooth.
Nice beer overall, but a little lacking in complexity of flavour.

Pours a clear golden with fleeting ivory head.
Aroma is Belgian yeast, pear, and earthy, floral hops.
Pear, Belgian yeast, muted apple, and spicy clove form the flavor profile, which finishes slightly dry and crackery. Interesting. Truly a unique showcase of German and Belgian yeast.
Body is moderate, with moderate carbonation and noted alcohol warmth.
Interesting juxtaposition of clean malt character and Belgian yeast character.
