While I certainly enjoyed this beer it had a fruity sweet aspect that made it somewhat less than refreshing in the Hazy, Hot Bayshore Region. No doubt the gravity of this brew contributed to this aspect and made the beer somehat maltier than one would expect in a summer seasonal. Nonetheless it is a good beer that I have thoroughly enjoyed and will likely try again...when it is cooler outside.
Pours a hazy light copper amber with a generous white head. Aroma was bread and apples with some vegetative hop notes. Taste was slightly sweet, with apples and plums an spicy sour notes (wheat??) Some fruity yeast notes as well. Mouthfeel was medium to heavy. Slick, sticking to tongue and roof of mouth, nominal carbonation.
Very drinkable when something heavier and warming will hit the spot. Not a brew for a summer afternoon.

On tap at The Owl House in Rochester, NY.
Pours a slightly cloudy light orange, with a small half inch head, and a good amount of lacing.
Smells kinda faint and weak, unfortunately. A little bit of grassy noble hoppiness, but not much else.
Tastes a little faint and uninspired, too. Some light grassiness, with not much noticeable malt flavor, other than some light cracker, and some light breadiness/doughiness. Some slight lager yeast. Just not a whole lot to get excited about here, unfortunately.
Light bodied, crisp mouthfeel, slightly watery.
A rare forgettable brew from Victory, I thought they would've knocked this one right out of the park.
