A: Pours a bright golden color. The brew initially had several fingers of frothy white head, but it quickly dissipated to almost nothing.
S: Notes of fresh bread, grain and caramel, intermingled with some subtle springtime flowers.
T: Very clean overall with a slight malt sweetness and subtle bitter finish.
M: Somewhere between light and medium bodied with a surprisingly subtle amount of carbonation.
O: A decent Maibock, but I still have yet to taste an American interpretation that really rivals those made in Germany. I think this brew would benefit from a lower abv and slightly more carbonation.

On tap at The Owl House in Rochester, NY.
Pours a slightly cloudy light orange, with a small half inch head, and a good amount of lacing.
Smells kinda faint and weak, unfortunately. A little bit of grassy noble hoppiness, but not much else.
Tastes a little faint and uninspired, too. Some light grassiness, with not much noticeable malt flavor, other than some light cracker, and some light breadiness/doughiness. Some slight lager yeast. Just not a whole lot to get excited about here, unfortunately.
Light bodied, crisp mouthfeel, slightly watery.
A rare forgettable brew from Victory, I thought they would've knocked this one right out of the park.
