Served in a tulip glass.
Appearance: Pale darker gold with heavy bubbles on the body creating a thick white head that rises to about a finger's length. Settles after a sip with no lacing.
Smell: Strong hops and pine scent, you would think you were inhaling a forest. Sounds harsh but in reality makes you want to crave the beer even more.
Taste: Nice complex sweet and bitter grapefruit. Smoother and definitely more citrus feeling than other IPAs and DIPAs with the right hit of hops, very delish.
Mouth: Smooth to the point that feels like toasted wheat bread at the end. Sticks very well
Overall: Very good beer but still not a replacement for one of it's predecessor's Hop Wallop which I greatly miss. Would I buy this again, yes...most definitely. Grab a glass and enjoy. Salud!
