Been eager to try this one and thanks to a generous co-worker I have the opportunity... Didn't think finding this in Central PA would be such a challenge...
A - A very slight head, less than a finger's worth... It's bone white in color and slightly lopsided with a touch of lushness... The is color is a slightly pale yet vibrant golden apricot... There is an ever so subtle haziness... A moderate bit of moderate paced carbonation... A surpsing bit of sediment is suspended throughout... Some gobs of lacing cling to the sides of the glass...
S - An modest earthy hop presence permeates but doesn't dominate... It's slightly pungent and slightly floral... A bit of lemon zest... A bit dank and a bit musky... Pleasant and hop forward, but never over powering...
T - The hops take on a predominately citrus character on the palate... There is also a slightly earthy and spicy presence as well... There is a surprising bit of sweetness and malt base that adds nice dimension... The flavors compliment one another nicely... The start is slightly hoppy, then the malt backbone kicks in before the finishes turns the hops up another notch... Rather enjoyable...
M - On the fuller side of medium bodied... Limited but brisk carbonation... A bit sticky... Fairly dense... A bit chewy... Even and consistent... Crisp... The hop resins are rather evident on the finish...
D - Not a hop bomb by any means and that is okay by me... Much more well balanced that I had expected... Quite refreshing and rather quaffable... Goes down easily sip after sip... Hides the 9% ABV exceedingly well... Well played by Victory...

Pours into a standard pint a clear dull yellow with a tightly formed one finger white head, the pour was not real awe inspiring by any means.Tropical fruits in the nose along with a bit of sweet onion, very fresh and juicy smelling.Flavors of grapefruit and mango are just dripping, almost like drinking mixed fruit juice,in the finish I pick up some vidalia onion, not much of a malt presence but a decent amount of sugary sweetness. This is a big fruity, juicy hopped IPA here, way to easy to drink.

12oz bottle poured to dogfish mini-pilsner glass. Appearance is golden with tones of yellow..smell is fruity, grapefruit, citrus, apricot..taste is smooth for suggested 9%abv. Starts sweet amd citrus, and finishes fruity, and smooth, "air-ee" light bodied creamy mouthfeel. Lemon rind and orange peel.,highlights the hop frehness and taste without being too bitter or cloying.. Lacing is foamy and sticky. Carbonation is medium, with a crisp dry feel on the finish..this is refreshing and admirable. Paired nice with kabobs-cucumber yogurt sauce, grilled meat chimmichurri, mexican corn with cotija, feta.
