22 ounce bottle - $4.99 (I think, I tossed the receipt) at Total Wine & More in Kennesaw, Georgia.
Appearance: Pours out a clear, bright, amber body with a good, lasting, off-white head accumulating a fair amount of lacing.
Smell: Toasted breadcrust, lightly grainy, fire-licked sugars paired with fragrant and fruity tropical hops with a thin vein of humble earthiness tucked in rear.
Taste: Caramel glazed grains and bready pale malted barley with a growing sugar crust sweetness. Has an inviting fruity hop character, with plenty of lemon and sweet orange atop an underlying earthiness. Medium-plus bitterness.
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Medium carbonation. Very minor stickiness present in the mouthfeel.
Overall: Has a nice ale fullness with a firm, supportive caramelly malt backbone.

The website says American IPA,but man this has a big bready malt profile like an APA or American ESB,anyways a moot point.Pours into an imperial pint glass a glear lighter amber shade with a thinner lacey white head atop.Earthy and mild leafy hops mixed with toasted bread in the aromas, some caramel and fruitiness comes thru as well.Fresh bread dough on the palate with light toast, caramel lends sweetness, the hops are earthy and leafy in the finish,a German noble hop profile along with maybe some Chinooks?I don't know.I really like this beer it reminds me of some of the beers brewed around PA. that I drank alot of while I lived in Norristown 2002-2004 with it's breadiness and earthy hop profiles.Like an American ESB in my humble opinion.

On tap at the 2014 Secret Stash Bash (Atlanta).
Aroma of an IPA but has the milder flavor of an APA. Excellent balance.
Very soft in the mouth and mild bitterness given the pungent level of hops in the nose. Sessionable.
Feel: Dry and crisp. Near medium body lively carbonation.
