This not a dry stout like their Donnybrook, it's more of an English Stout, to me. There is a noticeable toastiness (malted oats) to it with lingering chocolate notes and fruitiness. It does have a dry finish (bitter) but its more mellow Only served on nitro and most likely won't be around for much longer as it was a collaborative effort between Sam Adams & Victory - with Victory's new facility up and running I'm not sure these types of collaboration will continue plus it was developed exclusively for Philadelphia’s premier food and beer pairing event, The Brewer’s Plate.

A: Typical stout - dark and no light thru. But this one appears more dense somehow.

S: Hoppy, mango, tropical, yet Irish stout lingering.

T: Bright, yet balanced nicely with the Irish stout base.

M: Typically smooth.

O: Barely caught this beer on my session but unique, awesome, and well, worth it.
