Sunny golden hued with a tight white cap that sags quickly towards the liquid and leaves spotty lacework.
Grainy nose with toasted, flaky bread notes, and a flash of honeyed graham sweetness. Hops bring earthy herbs and lemon rinds.
It rushes through the mouth with a semi-sweet Frosted Flakes burst, then settles towards lightly toasty bread. Hops are modest, but add slaking peppery and lemongrass notes.
Light bodied with a uppity carbonation that settles out over time. Though that's not much of an issue as it's hard to do anything other than pound these back. Call it a lawnmower beer and I'd cut the grass more often. It's supremely refreshing.
