Bought a sixer from the local beer store, never even heard of this beer before I bought it, and I usually keep up on this stuff! Now, I can't have a proper summer without this unique and refreshing beer in my life!
A - Pours a golden yellow with some deep bronze hues and a very nice foamy head on top that left lots of lacing on my pint glass. Lots of carbonation, but nothing overkill, it all goes great together.
S - Incredibly unique scent. Smells, well, like summer. Picking up some scents of peanuts and some salty buttery popcorn maybe, almost a cracker jack-y kinda scent. Don't forget the citrus, some pine, that relaxing grassy scent and of course THE HOPS! Oh boy, those noble hops smell great with the other scents. Wish they'd make a candle out of this smell so I could have it in my house.
T - Very deep and complex. Sharp bite from the hops and citrus, some buttery saltiness from what honestly tastes like peanuts and popcorn, and that nice refreshing almost IPA-like finish. Great beer for a hot summer day.
M - Nothing too impressive here, feels like a typical beer. Some frothiness, a little bit of velvety smoothness, but other than that it feels like a standard beer.
O - Victory's done it again! I've yet to have a bad beer from Victory, and this one keeps that streak going! Perfect for a hot summer day, it really does taste like they've bottled summer itself up into a bottle, and I don't feel as though I can officially have a "good" summer any longer until I grab a case of this to drink. Great beer!

On tap at the Mellow in Greensboro.Poured into a standard pint a clear light golden with a sticky 1/2 finger bone white head.Citric and herbal hops dominate the nose along with a toasted malt base, really liked the big play on the hops.Flavors of citrusy hops provide the main flavor component along with light herbalness,a dryer toasty malt base holds true to the finish. This is a great summer beer,a great hop profile and very drinkable, well done Victory.

12oz bottle. Pours a slightly hazy yellow gold with a big rocky white head that retains well and laces the glass.
The aroma is honey, malts and a little noble hops.
The flavor is grainy malts and grassy hops in the finish. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with light smooth carbonation.
Overall, an OK subdued hoppier blonde ale. Not too exciting.

12 ounce bottle, without freshness info.
Pour is clear, dull golden amber. Loose, eggshell white head, Leaves some minor spots of lacing.
Light spice of peppery hops on the nose.
Pleasantly light, crisp and hopped up blond.
Quite dry, bready malts, more pepper infused hops. Quite enjoyabe, as the label says "at the ball park or under a shade tree"
A lot of flavor and character in a lighter bodied beer. Fine summer drinking.

Appearance: 1/3 inch head, light yellow in color, clear, high carbonation
Smell: piney and citrus hops
Taste: piney hops with some grassiness
Mouthfeel: high carbonation, light bodied, bitter, but not overly so with light sweetness in the back
Overall: Very drinkable, bitter beer that I see as a good lawnmower beer. I could have a couple or just as well pass. Decent, not great
