Wired and corked 750 ml bottle. Received as a gift. Poured into a goblet at cellar temp.

Look:Beautiful golden tinged amber with a thinnish off white head. No lacing.

Smell: Raisin-y, winey, malty.

Taste: raisins, white grape skins. A touch of bitterness like orange peel.

Feel: soft but full

Overall: solid, decent beer.

Fresh, clean, and crisp. Malty and fruity. If instructions are followed, it is not overly yeasty. At 45 degrees it is like champagne. At 65, the fruit pops without being overly sweet. I get starfruit (maybe white grape?) apricots, and hint of lemon zest. Disclaimer: have not read brewer description, that's honestly what I get.

So good to slow roll. It's a new beer in every 5 degree increment. The lack of the unpleasant yeast might even win over English BW lovers.

Appearance - The beer was a golden copper color with little e head.

Smell - The smell would best be described as being sweet and malty.

Taste - Banana jumps to the front of this Belgian. Hot alcohol, pineapple, apricot, and bready notes also make an impression. All this occurs before the banana sours in the aftertaste.

Mouthfeel - There is a thick, clingy quality to this quad that really allows the taste to linger.

Overall - Victory rarely makes a bad beer. This one is top notch.

750ml corked/caged bottle split between a pair of snifters. No dates or anything...but I'm guessing there's only one batch. Left about 3/4" in the bottle.

Pours hazy amber. Not much carbonation. Smell is yeasty, figgy, dark fruit.

Taste is super frickin' fruity, but not super sweet. Lots of vague bitterness.

Mouthfeel is medium. A little slick. Overall, pretty good.

Had my first one of these yesterday. It was exceptional. Especially for the cost. I am a huge fan of quads. This might not be as complex as some of the big Belgians, but still quite enjoyable. I poured it into my St. Bernardus goblet. Nice opaque dark straw color. Felt great on the tongue. Light on the carbonation. Not as much alcohol burn as one would expect from a 12% ABV. Overall, very impressive. I already picked up two more bombers

Delicious Quad. The most outstanding, for me, was the mouthfeel. Quite enjoyable, thick, delicate but also not too over powering. The alcohol was present, but not what I expected out of a 12. For the price ($7.99 here), this Quad is absolutely going to become one of my favorites. Worth a try, if you're a fan of this style.
