A: A pale gold beer with good clarity. The rocky, white head has decent retention.
S: A medium-strong Belgian Pilsner malt aroma with spicy and lemony aromas. Some of the spice seems to be from the hops some from the yeast. There is a low graham cracker like note to the malt.
T: There is a crisp pils malt flavor with a medium hops bitterness which seems a bit stronger as the beer is a bit lighter. There is a medium amount of black pepper and bitter citrus peel flavors. The balance is dry and somewhat bitter with a dry finish.
M: A Light boded beer with a very strong level of carbonation that gets a bit drying on the palate.
O: Hit the mark on being a flavorful, low alcohol beer wish would be a refreshing choice for lunch if you had been working the farm under a hot Summer Sun. The flavors profile is a bitter light but the flavors see strong against the lighter backdrop.

Undated 12 oz. bottle poured into Duvel tulip. Hazy straw body with a solid finger of creamy white head. Good retention and thin rings of lacing.
Yeast-forward aroma with a healthy dose of hops as well. Spicy phenols combine with citrusy and grassy hops, an interesting combination of Noble and lemon zesty (Sorachi?) varietals. Aside from the yeast, the grassiness and malts are almost reminiscent of a German pilsner.
There are a lot of flavors going on for such a tame beer. Mildly funky and doughy yeast, soft bready and slightly wheaty pale malts, and a tart lemon zest and peppery finish. There's an earthy grassiness as well. The finish is a combination of tart and spicy.
Light-medium body with a crisp and fairly highly carbonated mouthfeel.
Overall this is a very refreshing, fairly complex, and extremely drinkable low ABV brew with just enough twists to make it stand out.
