poured into a 16 oz pint glass.
A - hazy orange slightly see through....one finger head. spotty lacing throughout.
S - Wow! jumped right out at me...sweet citruisy and juicy bomb! Im getting juicy mango, orange, peach and slightly some pine maybe. carmel malt a tiny bit too!
T - The taste of this beer caught me super off guard...VERY floral in the mouth after the swallow I get some pine and a little bit of fruit. some what earthy and grassy too. a little perfumey as well. Definitley not getting as much citrus as expected. and call me crazy but I feel like im getting a hint of fresh cilantro in like...the first three seconds of swirling it around...
M - the feel is excellent on this beer.well carbonated and a pretty medium mouthfeel. slightly creamy.
Overall....this beer confused the shit out of me. I got this huge burst of citrus in the nose, amazingly fragrant beer there is no argument there at all....but after the first sip I had to look to make sure it was the same beer...the nose on this was completely misleading( to me at least) don't get me wrong there are still notes of citrus while drinking..but the dominant flavors are pine and almost a cilantro - perfume type deal... very interesting ... this is an awesome beer to check out....and it is not bad by any means, more like some thing your not going to expect at all after smelling it.

12oz bottle poured into a standard pint glass.
Pours a nice hazy golden color with a small but fairly thick head. Very good lacing.
Smells like citrus. Lots of grapefruit on the nose. Subdued malt smells as well, very faint.
Taste is nice and hoppy. Good citrus flavor from the hops. Not overpoweringly hoppy, but still very hoppy. The hops are somewhat made milder by a slight maltiness. Maybe even some less acidic fruit taste as well.
As far as mouthfeel goes, this beer was much creamier than I was expecting. With as much grapefruit as it had in the nose I expected a very crisp IPA. Not gonna lie, I'm a big fan of malty beers, so I loved the mouthfeel.
Very good beer.
