A: When poured into a teku glass the foam stood over 2 fingers tall with a pillowey bright white appearance. The long sustaining head, sloooly fell leaving a spider web of lacing. The beer is a straw yellow color with a slight haze to it. A few specs of sediment on the bottom of the glass.
S: Huge dank pine aroma with tropical berries and peach. An apparent grainyness but no detectable malt aromas so I'm guessing its a hop characteristic. Slight sweet onion and grassy, but not in a bad way imo.
T: Firm and pungent bitterness on par with the dank pine aroma. After the pine it follows with stone fruit hop flavors, peaches, mango and guava. There is a mild amount of bready malt character but the balance is by far on the hop side.. no contest. The aftertaste is a resinous, juicy and ripe with blueberries.
M: A very dry finish that compliments the hop profile nicely. The carbonation is moderate with a oily, slight mouth drying affect left on the pallet with all the hops.
O: A big, pungent, aromatic and tasty DIPA with no alcohol warming and huge drink-ability. Kudos Victory, now if only they would put a bottling date on the bottle...

Pours a goldish-orange with a big white foam head that dissipates quickly. A small amount of lacing around the edges.
Lots of citrus hops in the aroma. Bursting with grapefruit, lemon, and orange. A little bit of sweetness going along with the cirrus. Nose finishes up with a burst of pine that is very strong.
The taste follows the nose. Lots of hops right up front, followed by the same bursting grapefruit and a hint of the lemon, with a touch of mango and possibly peach. A little bit of bitterness in the finish. Piney resin comes with the aftertaste. For such a hoppy beer, this is shockingly easy to drink.
Medium bodied with a decent amount of carbonation. The pine causes a bit of a resinous quality, making it a bit sticky going down.
Overall, this is a fantastic DIPA, once of my favorites so far. Despite the hoppiness, it is incredibly easy to drink, which could make it dangerous.
