12oz bottle (Enjoy by Jul 06 2014) poured into a Bruery tulip.
A - Pours a hazy, peachy colored body with a thick finger of densely foamed white head with good staying power. Several minutes passes by before the head recedes to leave a thick collar and foamy lacing on the glass.
S - Very fresh grapefruit aroma that dominates the entire aroma. Very much like fresh squeezed juice with a touch of sugary sweetness added to it. Also getting traces of oranges and hints of grassiness too. Not much else, but I don't feel like I am missing out on anything either.
T - Definitely a big citrusy grapefruit flesh and also the rind here, but not as dominant as in the aroma. Apricots, a bit of booze, medium hop bitterness that is clean and crisp, low level sweet malty-ness. Low level earthy flavors too.
M - Medium body with a medium high lively carbonation. Combination of malt sweetness and earthy-ness at the base underneath a bitter grapefruit hoppiness. Clean, pretty dry finish with lingering citrus bitterness.
O - Very good, but not amazing DIPA. Too many other good ones out there to get too excited about this one. Solid, well made and highly enjoyable, but just not wowing me either. I had high expectations on this one - can't say I am really disappointed, but didn't live up either. I would easily get this again, but wouldn't go crazy looking for it.

12oz bottle poured into a standard pint glass.
Pours a nice hazy golden color with a small but fairly thick head. Very good lacing.
Smells like citrus. Lots of grapefruit on the nose. Subdued malt smells as well, very faint.
Taste is nice and hoppy. Good citrus flavor from the hops. Not overpoweringly hoppy, but still very hoppy. The hops are somewhat made milder by a slight maltiness. Maybe even some less acidic fruit taste as well.
As far as mouthfeel goes, this beer was much creamier than I was expecting. With as much grapefruit as it had in the nose I expected a very crisp IPA. Not gonna lie, I'm a big fan of malty beers, so I loved the mouthfeel.
Very good beer.
