Read about this beer online with great reviews saw it was available here in Minnie and picked up a four pack. Just tried again against Chillwave Ipa
Enjoy by Aug. 14, 2014 on neck of bottle.
Updated review.

A: Pours a nice somewhat cloudy golden, copper color with a nice finger of froth in the tulip glass.

S: Has a wonderful pine and citrus smell, right up there with Odell and Stone!
Very bright and even dank as another reviewer stated.

T: Victory has hit a home run with this DIPA, very close to Odell Ipa which is still top three in my opinion. Awesome bitterness up front and washes over with a nice mellow mango and sweet corriander or something like that. More power than before, again, it maybe a fresher batch than last time.

M: Exceptional feel and taste. Not to heavy with a great balance of bitter and sweet all together. Very, very good!

Overall an outstanding offering from Victory. If you are a lover of the hops you will like this alot! Will try again if I see it, apparently liimited at this time. Sendmore soon!
Got more soon, forgot I even reviewed it,(perhaps too many Dipa's!)
Even better than I remember it, perhaps this batch is fresher, getting close to Enjoy by Ipa from Stone which is probably tops for me!
I will give this Victory to Victory but GL is still damn good as well.

Bought a 4-pack at Crafted Drafts for about $10. They also have Hop Ranch 4-packs

Appearance: light orange color with 1 finger head; small white lacing on the glass
Smell: hoppy, fruity, and a faint smell of alcohol
Taste: delicious hops, light citrus, and booze. I love the dry finish/aftertaste. For me, it tastes way better when it's ice cold; gets too boozy as it warms up
Overall: it's very good, but I prefer others in this beer style

appearance: Slightly murky straw gold. Big plume of a white head with thick swaths of lingering lace.
smell: Sharp grapefruit and citrus.
taste: much like the nose in character but a good bit richer. The nose is nice but a little "one dimensional". Lots more in the taste.
overall: Stand out DIPA.

A: I was surprised that this beer was semi opaque. It reminds me very much of a Hefeweizen - a cloudy orange color.

S: The smell is all DIPA. Strong hops, floral and citrus smells. The predominant smell is tropical fruit.

T: The taste has a tropical fruit taste.

M: Less "bite" and dry feeling than a typical DIPA. This has a slightly smoother character.

O: The tropical fruit flavor faded as I continued drinking. There were more pronounced astringent flavors later.

2014 bottle into a tulip glass. The brightest yellow IIPA I've ever seen, with a head of tiny bubbles that dissipate quickly but leave prodigious lacing. A dozen or more carbonation trails rising up through the somewhat hazy yellow fluid, bubble trails that just keep on trucking.

The aroma is is the raison d'etre, here. White gumball and lilac. Canned mandarin orange (and I mean that in the fondest way!) Warm English muffin with indeterminate fruit jam! My wife says it "smells like summer."

Incredibly sharp and bright in the mouth. Surprisingly low sweetness does not follow the bubble-gum aroma. Didn't get much bitterness in the nose -- probably because it's all in the bitter-bitter finish, a white tangerine-pith bitterness. If there's any sweetness at all, it's on the front end, a nearly-ripe pineapple. (Revisiting this, I see there is more sweetness than I had thought. It's all fruit juice sweetness, as opposed to malt.)

Very light-bodied and crisp, with a moderate- to high-carbonation. Lacks smoothness. Somewhat watery on the back end (or is that my salivary glands in overdrive from the bitterness?) Very dry finish.

Doesn't have the balance or chewy body I prefer in a IIPA.

From notes (On-tap at Meadhall)

Appearance: It has a nice golden/orange color to it. It has a nice off-white head that dies down moderately fast and leaves nice lacing.

Smell: The aromas definitely give out hints of floral hops, citrus, grapefruit, pine resins and some bready malts.

Taste: Like the aromas, it has some citrus/grapefruit, floral hops, a resiny pine bitterness and some bready/caramelly malts.

Mouthfeel: It has a medium carbonation with a nice overall balance and feel.

Drinkability: It's a very smooth drinkable beer accompanied by good flavors and aromas.

12 oz bottle poured into a pint glass

A- Pours clear orange with a one finger white head.
S- Very citrusy, fruity and lightly floral. A crisp clean malt bill to back it up.
T- A very bold citrus at first. A sticky and resinous pine and sugary orange flavor. Lots of grapefruit on the back end with lingering bitterness. This beer leans towards the Bitter end od DIPA's but is moderately balanced. A complex palate also helps avoid fatigue.
M- Fairly moderate in feel but good for the style and size.
O- An excellent DIPA, a much better year around then their previous Hop Wallop.

A: Pours a relatively clear medium golden yellow in color with moderate to heavy amounts of active visible carbonation rising quickly from the bottom of the glass and some hint of orange highlights. The beer has a finger tall foamy off-white head that reduces to a large mottled patch of thin film with a thick ring at the edges of the glass. Moderate to heavy amounts of lacing are observed.

S: Moderate to strong aromas of dank, citrus/grapefruit, and pine hops over the top of a lighter aroma of slightly sweet grainy malts.

T: Upfront there is a moderate flavor of sweet grainy malts which is followed by the strong hop flavors - dank, citrus/grapefruit, tropical/mango, and pine/resin in descending order of strength. Light to moderate amounts of lingering bitterness in the finish.

M: Medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Upfront it is relatively crisp with some chewiness following. Light amounts of dryness in the finish.

O: Wonderfully complex flavors and aromas from the combination of hops used in this DIPA - not as sweet or bitter as some others in the style but that probably makes it a little easier to drink. Very enjoyable and definitely a brew I would grab again though I can probably only have one in a session due to taste bud fatigue. One of the best new beers I have had from Victory in quite a while.
