They only do pints, which makes sampling more than one out of the question. Its in a strip mall looking area. I think they do food, but I really dont know. Its out of the way from downtown or really anywhere D.

I don't think I can recommend this place. Unless you are a sentemential White Sox fan. (2005)

this place is so awesome. entirely unconventional and unpretentious. reminds me of wits end when they first opened up, its got that blue collar feel thats almost mandated by the neighborhood. been open over a year, and have seemed to done everything right as far as the beer is concerned. i had two different ipas, and both were shockingly good. i dont know why i expected average beer from these guys, but thats not what i got. maybe its the lack of signage, maybe the porch furniture out front, just incredible humble appearance and tiny taproom, but the beer is polished. the rum barrel brown was awesome too, and there is some really innovative stuff on the menu, with experimental hops, cinnamon whiskey beer, and things like that, i was inspired for sure. the owner was there behind the bar, eagerly and excitedly telling me about the place, welcoming me, offering samples, and just being a genuine good dude, and he made my experience really fun. the patrons also surprised me. again not sure why i expected gruff duded looking for coors light type beers, but its not like that at all, and this is what i love maybe the most about craft beer. here are all these blue collar working dudes, but they are drinking belgian trips and double ipas. i was stoked to chat with a few of them, and i am stoked on this brewery overall. i think the most underrated (maybe unknown) place in all of denver. i just loved the overall experience, and ill be back for sure.

Stopped by the other day because I was in the area. Honestly it doesn't look like much from the outside (but how many microbreweries do?), but once inside it's actually pretty well put-together. Simple corner bar with a few tables and a couple of tvs also. Felt clean and well taken care of. The brewer was very friendly and gave us a run-down of the beers on tap. Overall solid atmosphere.

The beers themselves are what need to be emphasized here. Only 4 on tap, but each one is a bold, not your classic pale ale/wheat/ipa offering that so many new breweries exclusively offer. Instead we got to sample the Prospector Pineapple Wheat - a perfectly balanced lager with just a hint of pineapple; Lois's Imperial Belgian - a very drinkable reddish belgian style ale; Hard Rock Rye - a session rye IPA that, again, was amazingly drinkable and finally; the Drift Apple Cinnamon Whiskey Ale. This one especially blew me away. So many flavors coalescing into exactly what it sounds like: An apple-cinnamon flavored ale with hints of whiskey and what I would even describe as a wildflower flavor. All of these coming together without being harsh or overbearing. If you're in the Denver area and you are going to try one beer this week it's this one.

I will definitely be back and I very highly recommend others to check out Creede as well!
