Poured from a 550 ml bottle into a hef glass (22 oz). Nice large tight foamy white head and a pale golden color with slight chill haze. There is mild carbnation. The aroma is of raw grains. There is a nice slight butteriness to this brew that goes with the smooth grain bill. Hops don't add much here. A great European lager.

Poured from the classy brown swing top bottle into a mug at the City Pub - a laid back all local place in the center of town.

A: The beer is an orangey gold color topped with a pure white 2 finger head with good retention.

S: very bready. A big step up from their other lighter beers. Slight sweetness. Plenty of malt, but balanced.

T: Nice and balanced with a slight noble bitterness among the various bready malts. Finishes malty with bready notes lingering. Balanced and smooth all the way through. A great pils.

Flip top bottle.

Pours a clear gold, just a shade darker than straw. The head is pretty much non existent but a good smattering of lace coats the glass. The aroma is of grass, sea air, wet hay... all the usual noble hop characteristics of a good Czech Pilsner. Biscuity pale malt provides great balance to the hop profile in the taste. The mouthfeel is light and carbonation is lively, champagne-like. The finish is resiny and bitter for a while.

This is a very good example of a continental Czech Pilsner. Not particularly hoppy for the style, but impeccably balanced. Its awesome to see such good beers coming from the less travelled parts of Europe.

Bottle at a pub in Sarajevo on a rainy day. From notes.

A - Poured a bight golden/straw sorta colour with mild carbonation. Half finger of white head leaving no lacing or retention.

S - Almost nothing. Sweet grain and mild hops but so mild.

T - Sweet grain and a mild hop note. Extremely mild but innofensive.

M - Fairly carbonated and very light bodied. Some slight sweetness and a tiny bitterness in the finish.

O/D - This was oddly pretty ok. It's not too good but it has flavour and it's a flavour that doesn't offend. Tastes ok and really easy to drink and refreshing. I wasn't upset that I bought this.

Yellow to a golden straw colour straw with a thumb sized foamy, white head that stays fairly well.

A light hop like aroma along with some basic malts and corn, there is also some bread and a mild, skunky bitterness to round things off with.

Sweet overall with some light citrus and grassy hops blended together with a touch of lager malts thrown in for good measure. The finish was again quite light with a small amount of bitterness.

Quite light as the nose had first suggested, there was a nice refreshing taste and feel to the beer and just enough carbonation to make it enjoyable.

An average lager, straight down the middle and really a hot climate beer but one that you could drink at a push.

i reckon this baby is the go for a non dark beer in bosnia. it pours a not so nice pale pale wheat color, hazy and dull. smells just sort of beery as well, nothing astounding, just a lighter malt profile and a nose tickling carbonation. the flavor though is quite nice. sturdy barley on the front end followed by a wave of citric refreshment. not lemony but acidic in the right proportion, unique and tasty. instant finish is much appreciated here in the land of residual sugar. feel is perfect when its cold, vibrant carbonation and a nice drinkable body, without being diluted. its a major session beer, but i like it less in the flip tops than the capped bottles for some reason its much different. shouldnt be, but it is. this is a beer ill be drinking a lot of in the months to come.
