Champagne blonde with a stream of bubbles and creamy, snow white head that rims like mad.
Flowers, wax, banana and some baguette flesh on the nose.
Sugar cookie dough, white pear, mild lemon peel and herbs with light noble spice.
Pastis finish and slight waxy linger.
Light, creamy, round.

Sweet, light, soft and clean take on the style. On the downside, yeast presence is minimal and hops could cut stronger. Nothing to chase, but nice entry for the gluten intolerant.

A: Straw yellow body and a healthy white head which leaves thick, white lacing.

S: Very peppy, lots of esters, Bassetts Refreshers, citrus and a wee bit of coriander.

T: Snappy, dry and bitter but not a great deal of upfront flavour. Interestingly the bitterness doesn't last till the finish. I get ginger beer and a dry, whisky-like, highball quality. Coriander is present but not prominent. As it warms there's a green tea flavour and some saaz-like mustiness. Brown bread and Bassetts Refreshers in the finish. Despite all these interesting qualities it's not exactly a taste sensation. There's no upfront flavour or heirarchy. It's really quite mellow.

M: The mouthfeel is very creamy yet full of snap.

O: It's not a world class brew.

Pours a decent cream head that fades to a creamy surface. A nice cloudy golden/light orange color; sticky lace on glass. A nice yeasty and pineapple scent, along with some candied yams. It has a sweet malt, yeast, and fruit flavor, balanced by a slightly spicy and peachy aftertaste; some alcohol in there as well. A medium body with carbonation on the higher side; crisp and refreshing. Overall, it's interesting because of the fruity esters and yeasty character. A Belgian beer I'd revisit.
