Very pale lemon-yellow body, hazy and nearly completely opaque but not murky. Good head production and decent retention.
Extremely hop-forward aroma, with notes of lemon, lemongrass, honey, oregano, sugar, and white dough.
Flavor profile similarly leans citrus, along with dank and tropical accents. Orange, lemon, mango, melon, and pineapple notes converge in a wonderfully fruity mix. Low to moderate (but noticeable) bitterness. Excellent drinkability. It doesn't exactly have the softness of some of the best VT IPAs ... but it's not far off, either.

Poured from the can into a Spiegelau IPA glass. Canned Nov 30th 2021.
Custard lemon yellow, opaque, thick but not a total turbid looking mess either. Big dolloped white head three fingers with big retention and excellent lacing of rings and pill like sheets.
Dark aroma hinting big grass notes on the nose. Fresh cut grass, even almost dandelion like weedy smelling flavors all over. Bold but in control and a bit of a one note flavor but an exceptional one that keeps me coming back.
Palate is just sharp and bold. Absolutely cutting mouthfeel, with a hop angle that is unexpected. Slicing pine needless and earthy richness, a unique malt presence it seems, is their biscuity-ness hiding in here? Chewy and rich depth, feels like I can eat it on first sip. Chomping down on to bitter and sweet blades of grassy herbs all over. Pithy like citrus finish, somewhat grapefruit like too.
Real nice unique IPA with a great palate.
