Strongly hopped, light colored north German style ale, brewed with over 40% wheat malt. Barrel fermented, dry hopped and lagered. Our interpretation of a style brewed in Einbeck in the 1300’s.

This beer is all over the place.
My initial impression was that I did not like Aeris at all, but after revisiting it a half hour later, I am now finding it somewhat tolerable.
The beer is overly carbonated, strong on hops, sufficiently sour, and not complex or balanced at all.
