Spring 2015 bottle, poured in summer 2017.
Pours murky reddish-brown with no head.
The nose is jammy red fruit, lemon funk, and red wine. Hints of chocolate and oak.
The taste largely follows. Tart lemon and raspberry fade into chocolate-covered raisin. Medium minus sourness. Zero booze. The finish is awesome. Round and lightly malty.
The mouthfeel is medium. It dries out just enough to keep me coming back for more.
Overall, an awesome sour. Easy-drinking and complex. The age likely helped.

The aroma hits of huge rapsberry, yogurt tart qualities and an underlying hint of nutty and toasty oak.
The flavor follows with that sweet and woody oak note surrounded by tart berries, a bit more muddled than a bright jammy note, a hint of sweetness. The beer moves wonderfully with a lightly prickly carb and then softens towards the dry finish.
