It smells like heather. Pink champagne. Herbal, with roots , earthy and with plenty of baked apples, spice, citric tartness and fruitiness. It has an earthy perfume on it. Hearty woody and tremendously fruity. Honey and cherry with a tart little taste, a woody flowery herbal makes this a lovely mead. ( my first one in this style actually =)

Very tasty...a bit pricy, in my opinion, for a cider on par with angry orchard

Good aroma and cider start. Hint of honey with an herbal finish. I think I would like it better without the herbal finish.

This comes in a Shirley Temple clear light red.

The aroma has a combination of apple cider, honey, and Luden's Cherry cough drops.

The flavor follows with candy cherry and apple in the front. A huge blast of honey fills up the rest of the experience.

A little tart, a medium sweetness, a good honey complexity. A good mead at my first attempt, although I would guess it was a cider if given blind.

Loved it just crisp enough but I think a lil more honey would give it enough to be a 5

Perhaps I'm just not a fan of B. Nektar's offerings in general, but this was another synthetic tasting fruit. More so what you think cherry would smell and taste like versus what cherry actually smells and tastes like. This was highlighted even more when drinking besides a fruit beer made with real cherries. Overall: unfortunate but leaves me wondering if real fruit is used.

Poured a golden body that is cloudy with almost no head or lace. A strong aroma of flowers and honey that give it a sweet yet floral, at times acidic or sour (mostly sharp) edge. Beer is smooth, sticky, has a good amount of sweetness in it to hit my sweet tooth yet has some balance with spicy, floral dryness and at times there seems to be a little sharpness and crispness to beer.

Too hard to find, but worth the hunt. Perfect mix of bitter and sweet.
