Pleasant but somewhat metallic spiced up hoppier Bock
A: Deep and slightly dulled clear red/orange body with a somewhat persistent one finger yellowed white head.
S: Light and dry euro hops, some lightly buttered biscuit malt, and just tiny hints of spices, though I really can't identify any individuals. A bit of metallic zing is present as well.
T: Spices come out much stronger on the palate. I can say orange zest for sure, maybe ginger, but I'm really not getting cinnamon as a distinct entity. The spices sit on top of and balance well with the regular dusty hop and dry malt flavors. A bit of an adunct/metallic vibe takes away from an otherwise pleasant experience.
M: A hair thin, but fine textured and appropriately carbonated (not too much).
