I had three pints in chilled glasses from the tap at the Brickhouse in West Richland, Washington.
A: It poured a clear brown body with a robust two finger head that laced evenly as it receded.
S: It had a nice sweet toasted malt base with a lively mix of spices (cinnamon and clove) complemented by floral hops.
T: It had a sweet malty front that was well integrated with bold winter flavors (cinnamon, cloves and allspice). It was very floral with a tangy bitter hop backside.
M: It was light bodied with modest carbonation and a tangy and lively spicy finish. It had a floral and sweet aftertaste.
D: I had a nice mini session that could have gone on long into the night. It was balanced, tasty, light-bodied and had a modest ABV.
Serving type: on-tap
