Appearance: The color is average of most wheat beers. Lightens towards the bottom. Extremely hazy. The head unfortunately dissipates rather quickly.
Smell: The smell is almost nonexistent and very unremarkable. I did detect hints of citrus that became prominent as the beer had time to air out.
Taste: The flavor from the wheat is surprisingly not as prominent as I would suspect from this style. I detect a hint of pepper that is appropriate in this beer. The aftertaste is somewhat citrusy.
Mouthfeel: Average carbonation. Not too watery. A thicker feel than I expected.
Overall: This isn't too bad of a beer. Its not the greatest wheat beer I've ever had, but it is unique in its own way.
