A - poured a hazy deep straw to light amber hue with a fully diminishing white head and no lacing.
S - better than expected, from Sam, but a light malty nose with hints of grain and hay. A hoppy note is picked up, and is mostly floral and spicy. Slight coriander, as described.
T - all of the above in scent, especially the grain, but falls on an acetic, sour note towards the end. While I like many other offereings from Sam, I leave feeling that this was an attempt at a Weiss or Wit that fell short, call it Weiss Light.
M - actually, for the seasonal that it is, the watery and full carbonation seems appropriate for it's intended use, maybe not the style, but nevertheless, one of the good attributes to this brew, lending greatly to its drinkability.
A good summer backup, no doubt.
