A- Not cloudy but thicker, milk like, golden hue. Thick head rides on top and decends to a thin, firm layer.
S- Wheat malts and lemon. Little peppery now and then. Not aromatic where you smell it two feet away but nice and inviting.
T&M- Wheat malts and some leftover yeast provide a grainy feel. Lemon and citrus pick up quickly and stick around after a clean finish. Maybe overcarbonated but makes for a uplifting experience. Seems spicier than your normal American Wheat which helps the graininess leave a semi-dry finish.
D- Not the best example but better than average. Very quaffible and refreshing. Good for at least one go round.
Serving type: on-tap
