This is a little bland compared to other Sam Adams beers, but that may be the point since its supposed to be an easy to drink summer ale. I smell some citrusy hops, but don't detect them too much in flavor. I taste some good bittering hops. It pours a golden color with a little hazing probably due to the wheat. It has a small diminishing head that holds tight and is a nice white causing some lacing. It has a little sourness, and a good aftertaste, making you want to drink some more.
Great crossover beer for sure.
