Pours a clear reddish gold with a big sudsy head that remains a nice covering all the way to the finish line.
In the aroma, the hops cut right through exceedingly well, with notes of citrus, cheerios, and some apple.
The mouthfeel is crisp, with lots of carbonation.
The taste is omnipresent bitterness (not too overpowering), lemon, caramel, and a touch of this horsefeed and raisins mixture that I've detected in some other brews (which normally I greatly dislike, but it is here in such a small way that I don't find it displeasing). The aftertaste is a bit chalky dry.
Not a bad lager at all. It doesn't make me very excited, but it's a good session brew.

Large fluffy head with good lacing. The head sticks around for a long time. Beautiful light copper colored beer. Very clear. Moderate carbonation with large bubbles.
Hops are dominant. Some malt sweetness in the background.
Tastes like it smells, but with a slightly harsh bitterness to the finish. There is just something about the flavor profile that I don't like. It is too harsh for the style. It tastes like the ingredients are good quality. It just comes across as unpleasantly harsh on the finish.
Medium bodied. Good mouthfeel, but that weird lingering harshness detracts from the experience.
This is a pretty good beer that for some reason just doesn't sit right with my palate.
