Poured from a 1pt 8fl oz brown bottle.
Pours an incredibly clean amber color. Nice head, but dissipates quickly. Leaves some decent lacing on my glass.
Aroma is just like what Jim Koch always says, the smell of flowers. Very nice floral aroma from the hops. I can also detect a hint of a cinnamon like smell. There are some nice fruity smells and some nice caramel like aromas. Also has some malty aromas too.
Taste starts off a little sweet like caramel, which then turns pretty malty with some hop flavors in the mix. Finish has a nice hop bitterness to it. Has a malty aftertaste that lingers for a while. Mouthfeel seems pretty smooth. Good drinkability.
This was the first beer I ever had when I started drinking beer 4 years ago. Always has been a favorite.
