Poured from a 12 oz bottle into a pint glass.
Appearance: Pours a beautiful dark golden color, crystal clear, with two fingers of white head. The head subsides slowly leaving tons of lacing. Great looking beer.
Smell: Grassy and hoppy A subtle, very pleasant smell. Not much malt in the background.
Taste: Crisp and clean. The grassy hops provide the predominate flavor - but that's the key - flavor. Not much bitterness to this beer. Very smooth, and very refreshing. The hops linger on the tongue for a long time.
Mouthfeel: Full, and good carbonation. Carbonation's a little high and prickly.
Drinkability: I'm amazed I'd never really tried this before. It's a great beer, very refreshing, and might become my go-to when I just want to kick back with a six pack.
