Pour: Medium red-amber in color with two fingers of head that sticks around and leaves some lacing on the glass.
Smell: Caramel malt sweetness up front with a fair amount of floral hops. An invitation to drink.
Taste: Starts off with lots of caramel malt sweetness that gives way to a moderate hop bitterness that kind of lingers on your tongue for awhile. Finishes dry.
Mouthfeel: Light to medium with plenty of active carbonation. Nice and smooth.
Drinkability: Goes down very easily and low ABV makes it easy for people of all levels of experience to handle.
Final Notes: It may not be the best beer in America, but it's good. A great beer to pair with grilled foods, and a nice session beer for a night out at the bar. And for the record, no, you really can't float a bottlecap on the head, I tried.
