On tap in my basement kegerator, the left-overs from my baby sister's wedding, poured into a standard curved-shaker pint glass.
A: A semi-clear orange beer with a nice two-finger head that lingers and leaves great lacing on my glass.
S: Muted smell of hops that isn't overly grapefruit/citric.
T: Smooth, crisp beer. A slight watery presence with a nice bittering hop finish uncommonly present for the typical "American Lager". Not much grapefruit in the hops, but a fair amount of bittering. This beer finishes light and refreshing.
M: Leaves a nice tongue-coating of hops. Carbonation is appropriate.
D: High. Very high. This is my "light beer" of choice unless I'm mowing the lawn on a 90-degree day (then this has too much substance for that, and I really do want something watery like a Coors Light). I can smash this in large quantities, and enjoy every single one of them.
Serving type: on-tap
