A- clear amber/copper color with a nice 1.5 finger off white head that slowly fades to a thin cap; nice carbonation bubbles and some lacing
S- toasted biscuit with a slight grass aroma; some citrus
T- nice toasted malt flavor with a hint of apple skin or orange peel bitterness at the end; munich malt is there at the end with subtle sweetness and a slight hop bitterness, but very faint
M- mouth feel is good with just the right amount of carbonation and the aftertaste doesn't linger that much
D- great session beer or something to pair with really any type of food; it's not overly complex, but an easy drinker and craft-transition beer
Serving type: bottle
