pours a light amber brown into a copper body with orange tint. 1/4" head that dissipates quickly. a nice frothy, molten lacing that lingers a while. slightest presence of sediment and bubbles.
smells mighty wheaty and mighty hoppy, not just any hops though. sweet, aromatic hops. and plenty of them, as any 'sam adams' commercial will surely tell you.
tastes of strong floral hops, that's it. all it needs to be. but not ipa hoppy, though. not kick start my heart shit, just enough to be jumpy.
lighty sweet, almost stout hoppy on-bringing. crisp, wet aftertaste.
word hop and it's derivatives used six times in this review, you don't say.
