A: Poured into a 12oz mug. Appears a nice amber color with an off white head that dissipates rather quickly.

S: Some sweet toasty malt with quite a bit of citrussy, grassy hop character beneath.

T: Similar to the nose, with lots of caramel and toasted malt, with some bready and fruity flavors there as well. Has a pretty intense snap of hoppiness with a lemonny, herbal flavor. Finishes dry.

M: A bit heavy, but the carbonation supports it nicely.

O: I still consider this a very good beer. Nice drinking.

Deep golden amber colour with a thumb sized and bumpy and foamy white head that has good retention.

Lots of malts upfront with a good blend of caramel and toffee that takes a few moments to open up in the glass. It was quite clean but with some grassy hops and a touch of citrus too and a touch of grain right at the end.

Malts and caramel with touches of toffee and a strong, sweet taste. Like the aroma, the flavours took a minute or two until they opened up and became more noticeable. A nice and mild, bitter malt flavour rounds off the flavour.

Light to medium in body and with a good sweet malt flavour. It is a smooth and refreshing beer that goes down quite well.

An excellent beer that was very refreshing and had a great, sweet malt flavour and just the right amount of bitterness in the finish.

This is worth it. This is, in my opinion, one of the best session beers that won't break the bank. It smells great and malty, tasting like it smells. I would drink this any day. The color (golden) and body (medium) and head (lingering) are more typical of ales which make this lager a great and interesting beer. Go pick up a 6 pack
