Maple syrup amber with a small fizzing head of off white froth. Perhaps a finger high with average retention. Leaves spots of lace on the glass.

Honey, maple syrup and a pleasant caramel grain. Saaz hops, earthy and grassy, very pleasant. Slightly acidic and lemony on the nose as well.

Follows the nose with more caramel and honey sweetness in the mild grains. Ends moderately bitter with a slightly grassy and metallic bite. Dries well.

Crisp finish with a bit of muted carbonation for a lager. Medium bodied and very refreshing. Little bit of acidity as it lingers.

Crisp, flavorful, drinkable. The poster child of American craft. Well
