A - Clear amber in color. 2 finger khaki head that dissipates slowly. Moderate to high carbonation. 4.5

S - Wheat bread. Caramel. Pepper. Apricot. Somewhat subdued. 3.5/5

T - Caramel. Maltiness. Peppery finish. Earthy hops. Apricot. Floral. A hint of orange peel. 4/5

M - Moderate to high carbonation puts off a scrubbing bubbles sensation. Medium body that finishes a touch dry. 3.75/5

O - Nice complexity of flavors, especially for a lager. Bitterness is balanced by some sweetness and spiciness. Very enjoyable and drinkable. 3.75/5
