Lots of hatred overall for Sam Adams products on BA. Whatever.
Served in a DC Brau tulip.
A: Poured very dark and with a sticky, mocha head. Good.
S: I definitely understand the whole gingerbread thing now. A dessert beer for sure.
T: Definitely gingery, and quite good. My wife thought it was too sweet, but I think otherwise. Totally gingerbread heavy, it nearly stained my teeth, but with a nice dark, roast punch. Molasses heavy, but that's okay.
M: Perfect carbonation bill, lots of lacing, and not TOO sweet to my mind.
O: For only a mere few bucks, this was a really nice Christmas entry.
