Presentation: 12oz amber bottle with the requisite Sam on the label. Notched "purchase by date" of June on the label. Interestingly, it (the bottle) reads "crafted slowly with care and only honest ingredients." Are there some dishonest and disreputable ingredients in beers that I might be drinking? Sounds like I need to keep drinking to find out!
Appearance: This bottle should come with a big warning on it that says "Don't pour me aggressively or ye shall have major spillage on ye hands." Well, you can imagine what I did....poured aggressively. And was prompty rewarded with a spill-over (that's alcohol abuse, you know). Once I cleaned it up, I saw a crisp, clear copper beer before me with a (duh!) HUGE head of foam atop the beer. Once things settled down, there was a thick layer of creamy smoothness on top. Nice patchy lacing on the glass.
Smell: Not a lot here, folks. A little fruity (lemony?) odor, mixed with some malty sweetness. Nothing here to think about for too long.
Taste: Again...nothing too great. Just a well-balanced hops/malt concoction from ol' Sammy. Something a macro drinker could possibly enjoy during the summer months.
Mouthfeel: On the thin side, with a fairly smooth and creamy air about it.
Drinkability: Above average and certainly better during the hotter months. Little or no aftertaste.

Yellow pour, ample clarity, lots of white lush head well over 1". Aroma was mild, bready, lemon, spritzy, kind of the usual kolsch edge.
Taste had that light body and minimal citrus feel. Noble hops, standard affair stuff.
