A - poured a cloudy pale golden color with orange highlights, loose 3/4 finger head with large bubbles. No lacing, no real head retention.
S - mild fruity aroma, soapy, slight spice, loads of orange and coriander.
T - taste follows the aroma quite well, lots of fruityness with orange and coriander notes. Has a nice malt body, nice and bready... But finishes very bland, not bitter, not dry, not even sweet, just bland. Just seems to be lacking flavor in the end, don't know what it is, I usually enjoy whit biers.
M - mouthfeel is ok, little on the syrupy side for the style, sufficient carbonation.
O - I was excited to see this come out, figured it was a revival of Sam Adams white, but it falls short. Lacking in overall flavor, nothing really making me what to drink more.
