Bought of Uno Amber from Uno Chicago Grille.
Looked great, a light brown color with great head and lacing that retained well throughout.
Malt and fruit smell
The taste had a caramelized apple taste. That itself was subtle and pleasant. Other than that this was mediocre in other areas. The beer was good but just did not go down well.
I was dissapointed with this one but it was still an okay beer

Poured into a Sam Adams perfect pint.
A: Minimal head with a crystal clear body, amber in color
S: Some grape scent, not too much going on other than a mild sweetness
T: Very refreshing beer, the hop profile reminds me of SABL, but that shouldn't be too surprising. The malt profile is not obvious until the finish which is caramely and bready, which also included a carbonation bite (minor).
M: Very very easy to drink, like a lager almost, low carbonation.
O: A easy drinker that i'm sure i could have all night, but definitely nothing to call home about. A solid offering for those who want to tiptoe into the realm of ales.
