Purchased as part of the most recent SA Brewmaster's Collection. Poured from a 12 oz bottle into a pint glass.
Appearance: Pours a crystal-clear, golden-amber, with two fingers of off white head that subsides fairly quickly. Tons of bubbles. Tons of lacing. Very, very nice looking.
Smell: Very mild. A mix of grassy and citrusy hops, with the grassy hops the dominant ones. A hint of sweet, bready malt in the background.
Taste: A smooth blend of bready malt and grassy hops. The two flavors aren't distinct in this beer at all, and combine together nicely. The overall flavor is a bit watery. The finish is a muted bitterness.
Mouthfeel: Highly carbonated, but very, very thin, which seems to make the flavors more diluted.
Drinkability: This wasn't bad, but the flavors were all very muted. It went down quickly and easily, but there wasn't a whole lot of flavor behind it. Not a bad APA, but not one I would seek out actively again.

poured from bottle to teku glass
A- pours a clear, deep amber color with a nice two-finger creamy off-white head that retains nicely, eventually leaving behind some nice lacing
S- caramel and buttery malt, earthy and fruity hops, sweet doughy bread
T- buttery caramel english malt, fruity hops with some herbal and earthy notes, bready malty finish with a caramel linger
M- medium body with medium carbonation leads to a creamy mouthfeel and a smooth and silky finish
O- loves the bready caramel sweetness, my favor interpretation of an english pale thus far
