On tap at the Pizzaria UNO in Plaistow, New Hampshire on Jan 31, 2009 under the moniker of UNO Amber Ale. 20 ounce glass.
Appearance - Copper-amber tone with a decent lacing. Foamy 3/4 inch off-white head.
Smell - Lightly hopped comes to mind.
Mouthfeel - Medium mouthfeel with a slow breakdown on the tongue after swishing about.
The taste was mildly hopped. Overall it was a good experience even though I knew I was drinking a Sam Adams that I've had under its real label in the past.
Serving type: on-tap

poured from bottle to teku glass
A- pours a clear, deep amber color with a nice two-finger creamy off-white head that retains nicely, eventually leaving behind some nice lacing
S- caramel and buttery malt, earthy and fruity hops, sweet doughy bread
T- buttery caramel english malt, fruity hops with some herbal and earthy notes, bready malty finish with a caramel linger
M- medium body with medium carbonation leads to a creamy mouthfeel and a smooth and silky finish
O- loves the bready caramel sweetness, my favor interpretation of an english pale thus far
Serving type: bottle
