a) It pours beautifully, deep dark amber/brown color. First pour had a small creamy head. Changed to wider mouth glass for second pouring and it had no head. Changed to a tall thin lambic glass and then got a 1" head so i experimented with the glass. Best appearance was in the tall thin lambic glass.
s) Light cocoa smell with hint of almond orange scent. I don't know where the orange came from but that is what it smelled like to me.
t) First it tasted like a chocolate beer with carbonation but as it sat it tasted more like a cold coffee or cold chocolate drink. I sipped it slowly so the texture changed as it sat.
m) Different, because of the carbonation it tastes like a cross between a beer and a chocolate soda. Finish is definitely slightly cocoa.
d) Light alcohol, goes great with a piece of raw chocolate cake made with raw cacao beans which is what i am pairing it with.but way overpriced.
