Served in a tulip glass, poured from a 12 oz. bottle.
A - Fairly dark for a hefe-style wheat ale, nice and hazy with a big fluffy head that comes down quick, leaving decent lacing.
S - lots of wheat and citrus on the nose with some winter spice.
T - Slightly bitter wheat and citrus with a somewhat sweet candied taste. Bubblegum aftertaste (the flavor we know as bubblegum is actually cinnamon, vanilla, and wintergreen)
M - A nice fine carbonation and light body on the tongue.
D - Very drinkable, finishing fairly clean and subtle in flavor. It's pretty filling though, so it's not exactly a session brew.
Overall - Not amazing as a hefe, but good for what it is. There's definitely better wheat ales out there, but it's definitely enjoyable.
