Poured into a stein, it's like a cloudy version of the Boston Lager. A big white head forms and slowly dissipates, but about a centimeter remains until the finish. The nose is subdued, with mild hops and citrus though they're barely discernable. The flavor is lacking. It's quite mild, primarily consisting of yeast and very little hop or malt flavor. The mouthfeel very smooth with lots of carbonation. The finish is somewhat sweet, but the musty yeast flavor is unpleasant. Unless you enjoy bland yeasty beers, I can't really recommend this one.
