Poured into a pint glass from a bottle, the head is not as pronouced as a real Hefe would be. Color is a light unfilterd pilsner color.
Smell, not much here just wheat and yeast.
Taste is deff. a lot much cleaner and crisper than a Hefe, but perfect for the American pale wheat ale catagory. There are no fruity esters but taste is very clean and crisp.
Mouthfeel is smooth and this batch does not have too much carbonation.
Not a bad beer need to sample some more of the style.
